GLCA Fund for the Study of JapanThe Great Lakes Colleges Association's Fund for the Study of Japan provides an array of grant opportunities for faculty members engaged in various fields of Japan Studies. These opportunities are supported by an endowment to promote Japanese Studies and Japan-related activities in the United States. Several categories of grants have been established in response to the nature and scope of the requests the Fund has received over the past few years. Use these as a guide for your proposal, but do not hesitate to suggest new areas or activities for funding. Periodically there are stand alone opportunities for funding to special events. February1, 2012 is the proposal deadline for the next round of individual travel requests to the Fund for the Study of Japan. Contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
