Women's Studies Committee

The Women's Studies Committee is comprised of 24 representatives, two from each member campus. Representatives are traditionally faculty members or administrators associated with the Women's Studies or Gender Studies Programs, or faculty and administrators who have demonstrated a commitment to women's and gender-equity issues. The primary emphasis of the Women's Studies Committee is curricular and pedagogical in nature, though co-curricular areas are addressed at times. The committee also directs consortial programming in gender and women's studies issues to inform and address the community.
